He has also gained international career experiences and worked with American Cruise liners.

Mr. Amit Parashar

Mr. Amit Parashar is an Hospitality and Service Industry professional with deep understanding & Operational experience in various Revenue Generating streams and cross functional experience.

His 22 years of experience makes him expertise in Operations Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverages, Business Development, Manpower Management, and Facility Management. He has In-depth knowledge of the Pan Indian market as well as consumer behaviour.

Mr. Aklilu is a CIPD Associate Member and holds an MBA from University of Wolverhampton as well as a BSC in Computer Science from HILCO University. He is also graduate of CIPD, Intermediate Diploma in Learning & Development. Mr. Aklilu is awarded ‘Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT®)’ from American Hotels and Lodging Association (AHLA) in 2016.

He holds hospitality management qualifications from India and New Zealand and he is an approved Hotel Manager (Australian Qualification Framework) leading international hotel chains like Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), Crown Resorts Australia, Shangri-La, Radisson & Hyatt.

Mr. Rahul Sharma

Mr. Rahul Sharma is a seasoned hospitality professional with over a decade of Experience in Hotel Operations,Training and Education. As a hotel general manager he is responsible for the overall functioning, smooth operations and profitability of the overall hotel.

He is a Certified Hotel Administrator from AHLEI along with a Masters degree in Hospitality Administration from IHM Pusa New Delhi.
